Cancellation Policy

• Refund requests made sixty (60) calendar days or more prior to the event will incur a 20% processing fee.

• Refund requests made thirty (30) calendar days prior to the event will incur a 50% processing fee.

• No refunds will be granted twenty-nine (29) calendar days prior to the event, unless it is for documented, serious medical reasons (typically requires proof of hospitalization of registrant or immediate family member) or death (registrant or immediate family member), less a 20% processing fee.

• No refunds will be granted for no-shows that do not email the KAEOPP Treasurer prior to the start of the event.

• Refund requests must be made via email to the current KAEOPP Treasurer. To know who serves in that office, visit our Board Page.

• Upon completion of a refund request, all refunds will be processed within ninety (90) calendar days after the event.  

• Substitutions for event registrations are always welcome and suggested.  No processing fees will be incurred for substitutions.

• There are no refunds or substitutions for membership.
